Errors in event_log “ Internal error: Can't parse line NN of statusdb (Unrecognized status condit (4296665)

The following errors are observed in event log:

04/25/11 16:13 Internal error: Can't parse line 1 of statusdb (Unrecognized status condition) - ignored [sp_cop(stt)/7827]

The statusdb or the statusdb.lck file has been corrupted.

Try the following workaround of shutting down Shareplex and renaming the files statusdb and statusdb.lck as below:

1.Shutdown Shareplex

2. cd $SP_SYS_VARDIR/data (in other words, to /vardir/data subdirectory, if you do not happen to use the environment variable SP_SYS_VARDIR for the variable directory, where vardir denotes the variable directory)

3. mv statusdb statusdb_bak

4. mv statusdb.lck statusdb_lck_bak

5. Start Shareplex

The above steps work under the premise that if the Shareplex is restarted, the two renamed/removed files are recreated upon restart.
