Toad for Oracle 10.1.1.8 adds extra 'blank rows' or 'null rows' when I run or execute a script ha (4295797)

When running a script that has "BREAK ON CONSTRAINT_NAME SKIP PAGE" code, Toad 10.1.1.8 adds extra 'blank rows' or 'null rows' in the middle of  or  in between each row of the normal data.  It is like Toad adds the page breaks as blank rows.  (In Toad 9.7.2 and 9.1.0,  these lower versions can only display the first row;  all the other rows become blank or null.  In SQL Plus, it works correctly.)
