Resolution

Please see the 'Toad Intelligence Central Deployment Guide' and go to the section 'Server Maintenance' then to 'Migrate Toad Intelligence Central' (or go here).

NOTES:
- The drive letter where the “ProgramData” folder resides must be the same in the 2 server machines.
- Ensure the old server and the new server have the same TIC version when migrating.
