Console stays on blank page while loading -
Description
When attempting to open the Desktop Authority console, it never loads and stays on a blank page as if it was loading. It may eventually return "A critical error has occurred" with no error messages.
System Event logs may show an Event ID 10009: DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer (servername) using any of the configured protocols.

Cause
Desktop Authority may have issues communicating with a domain controller to query information. -
Resolution
Verify the domain controller listed in the event viewer is functioning correctly and/or is on. Domain controller may need to be rebooted to establish the connection.
