Error installing vApp OVF
Description

When attempting to deploy Foglight for Virtualization Enterprise Edition vApp from the OVF files the process fails with the error "Invalid value '(GMT -6:00) Central (US and Canada)' specified for property timezone".
Subsequently it finalizes with "Failed to deploy OVF package".
Cause

This was observed on vCenter 6.7 running in a vSphere Essentials Plus Kit environment. vApp feature requires DRS in order to be deployed so it needs to be installed in a vCenter running with vSphere Enterprise Plus license or better.

Resolution

No workaround. Manual installation of Foglight for Virtualization Enterprise Edition will be required.
