Description

When the appliance is in maintenance mode and a user tries to access the /tpam interface, the message is service unavailable.

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
Cause

When the appliance is in Maintenance mode the /TPAM user interface is not accessible. Users should contact their TPAM administrator to verify the appliance IP address to connect to.

Appliance in Failover state or being worked on by administrator.
Resolution

Verify with TPAM admins that the appliance is the expected Primary for Users to access for Password and Session requests.
