Cause
The issue is with SQL not Desktop Authority.

Resolution
1. Go to Service.MSC
2. SQL Server Service.
3. Change the account to run as NT AUTHORITY\Network Service.
4. Stop and restart the SQL Server Service.
NOTE: Before stopping and restarting the service verify that this can be done during the day. The restart will affect all databases. If not, schedule the service to stop and restart after hours.
