How to prevent the script from running in a Terminal Server environment
Description
Under specific circumstances, running the logon script is not desired in Terminal Server environments.
Resolution
An exception setting can be made in order to prevent the script from running in Terminal server environments. To set an exception for Terminal Server clients, perform the following tasks:
Launch the Desktop Authority Manager Console.
Navigate to Client Configuration | Global Options | Common Management Options.
Click "Edit".
Under "Exceptions" check the box for "Terminal Server clients".
Click Save and Replicate changed files (default).
Additional Information
Citrix environments can be selected as Terminal server clients, or Citrix ICA published applications can be selected to fulfill this.
