Cause
Unfortunately, an issue with network resources being unavailable for access may occur due to the complexity of the operating system and underlying software.

Resolution
- Close the wizard because the install/uninstall process will not progress past that stage.
- Open the Services console.
- Check if the Windows Installer service is enabled. If not, double-click on it and set its Startup type to either Automatic or Manual.
