What is the status of Azure monitoring using Foglight?
Resolution
There are three different types of monitoring available for Microsoft Azure.
KB article 151362 details monitoring Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) running Windows and SQL Server (IaaS)
SQL Server Managed Instances in Azure is nearly 100 percent compatibility with SQL Server. Although it has not been officially certified by Quest R&D, the current SQL Server 5.9.3 and higher cartridges should be able to monitor this environment. (PaaS)
KB article 193620 details monitoring Azure instances using the Foglight cartridge for SQL Azure (PaaS)

Support for Azure SQL Database managed instances available since release 5.9.4.20 of the Foglight Cartridge for SQL Server (SSFOG-1150).
