Description
Users receive the following error when trying to run the PAC replicator: Notes Error: You are not authorized to perform that operation (insert path to NSF)

Cause
Users do not have enought permissions to copy the NSF to the server.

Resolution
The Group to which all users are a member of needed to be added to the "Create Databases and Templates" section of the Domino Administrator.
