"The segment did not exceed the threshold" in Sybase database charts (4290051)

In the drilldowns from the Databases dashboard, some Sybase instances are not fully displaying database graphs. (Accessible by opening Databases Dashboard | MDA Home Page | Databases | DB Spaces and selecting the database from the Databases list.)

The graphs contain a line that reads "The segment did not exceed the threshold."

1. Navigate to the Administration > Agents > Agent Status page
2. Edit the properties for the Sybase agent
3. Set the variable under Limit Incoming Rows List the Minimum Segment space to be “0”
