Hardware and Software reports are empty after upgrading from Desktop Authority version 7.8.1.
To enable Hardware and Software reporting, create and configure a Data Collection element in your main Computer Management profile. Save and Replicate the changes. After the systems validate and process the new Data Collection element, Hardware and Software reports will be available.
