How to manually deploy Azure Enterprise Applications (OAuth) used by Content Matrix and User Mapping CLI in Microsoft 365 Tenant -
Description
This article explains how you can install and consent the Azure enterprise applications used by Content Matrix and User Mappings CLI tool.

Cause
Content Matrix and User Mapping enterprise applications are hidden by default in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and cannot be manually installed without having the client ID for the applications. -
Resolution
1. Get an account having at a minimum the "Application Administrator" role.
2. Get your Tenant ID, it can be found following this article: Find your Microsoft 365 tenant ID
3. Format your URL to see the Hidden OAuth application for Content Matrix:
URL Format: https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenant-id}/adminconsent?client_id={OAuth App aka.. Client ID}
4. Open a web browser and navigate to the URL using the account from step 1, and click "Accept" to deploy the application in Azure.5. You can check if the application was deployed by going to Azure AD Admin Center > Enterprise applications, in the list you should see "SharePoint Migration Client".
