How can I migrate an Oracle or SQL Server Database agent between FglAMs?

How can SQL Server or Oracle Database agents be migrated from one FglAM (Foglight Agent Manager) to another?
Cause

A migration utility for SQL Server and Oracle became available beginning with the 5.7.1.1 Oracle and SQL Server cartridges.The new migrated agents will keep submitting data to the existing topologies so no data will be lost.
Resolution
To migrate an agent to a different Agent Manager:
1. Open the migration wizard by navigating to Databases| Support Dashboard | Databases Technical Support
2. Expand Databases Agent Migration and then select Oracle or SQL Server
3. Select the Agent Manager that is the destination host for the migrated SQL Agents. Click Next.
4. On the SQL Agents for Migration pane, the left-hand column displays a list of available Agent Managers. Select an Agent Manager to view a list of the agents installed on it.
5. From the list, select the agents that you want to migrate and move them to the Agent Manager Destination column.
6. If necessary, select agents and set the Windows credentials.
7. Click Next to migrate the agents.
8. When migration has completed, click Finish to exit the Wizard.
