Unable to apply the license

Text in the Dialog box: Cannot update License. Please supply a valid license or contact us.
Open the license file in Notepad or similar application.
It was found that the formatting of the file had been altered either by being emailed or by opening it and not maintining the internal formatting.
All the text was on one line.
RESOLUTION 1
Verify the format of the License file is as follows:

Product name=Notes Migrator for Exchange
License=<Number>
Version=4.x
License Expires=<Expiry Date>
License Type=Single
Migrated Users=<Number of Licenses>
Company=<Company Name>
Contact=<Name of Contact>
Address=<Address of Company>
Licensed by=Quest Software, Inc.
AboutText=< A Combination of the above information>
Signature=<A Signature Hash>
Once this has been corrected and saved, apply the license file to NME and it will be accepted.
RESOLUTION 2
Request a new License file from Licensing Department.
