The user is using a clustered SQL server (called ClusterName). It uses GeoCluster's Double-Take software to manage the replication between the nodes (called ClusterNODE1 and ClusterNODE2). The OS info can be seen for both nodes.
The user is hoping to see the OS level info when viewing the ClusterName (Spotlight SQL Enterprise) connection. The OS level info is not displayed when viewing the ClusterName (the virtual name for the cluster).
The following error is seen:

A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.
