Active Directory agent stops collecting data and eventually shutsdown (4286327)

Active directory agents stops collecting data in ca couple of seconds after activating it. Agent log shows below entries:

2012-05-16 15:58:38.898 ECHO <ActiveDirectory/5.6.2.1/ActiveDirectory/ActiveDirectory_on_xxx> ERROR [RestoreAgent-2] com.quest.agent.ad.ActiveDirectoryAgent - ActiveDirectoryAgent.
host successfully responded to PING

2012-05-16 15:59:01.977 ECHO <ActiveDirectory/5.6.2.1/ActiveDirectory/ActiveDirectory_on_xxx> ERROR [RestoreAgent-2] com.quest.agent.ad.ActiveDirectoryAgent - ActiveDirectoryAgent.The socket connection to the target host has timed out. Checkthe server configuration to ensure proper communication and timeout setting. The DC could also be repsonding poorly.: []

Monitored domain controller (DC) is experiencing performance issues and/or network bandwidth between FglAM host and DC is very low

Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to "Administration | Agents | Agent Status" dashboard
2. Highlight the Active Directory agent and click on "Deactivate" button at the bottom
3. Highlight the deactivated agent and click on "Edit Properties" button
4. Click on "Modify the private properties for the agent"
5. Change the "Network connection Timeout" value from 21000 (default) to a high value like 105000
6. Click on "Save" button at the bottom to save then changes and then click on "Back to Agent Status" button
7. Click on "Activate" button

Repeat above steps until the agent successfully collects data.
