Description
Metalogix Expert does not display Least Modified Site and Custom Web Part report if MEWS is not installed on the source farm. -
Cause
This has been confirmed as a known issue with Migration Expert. If the MEWS is not installed on the source farm, the tool will use NWS (Native Web Services) to run the site reports and will not be able to display the details for Least Modified Site and Custom Web Part report.

Resolution
Install MEWS (Metalogix Extension Web Services) on the source farm to get the details for Least Modified Site and Custom Web Part.
