Large number of HostProcess and OperatingSystem topology object changes caused by Oracle process
Cause

Oracle processes get deleted and created frequently with new process name causing very high number of object changes for topology objects Host Processes, OperatingSystem
Resolution

From FMS side I think they may try below options.
1. Set "Collect declared processes only" to "True" in agent ASP then the agent would only collect the processes declared. Through this we can control the agent not collect those oracle processes.
2. If those oracle processes are needed then purge the old oracle processes. Through the Object Cleanup dashboard control the Auto-delete policy for the HostProcess. By default it's one month but consider changing it to 14 days or shorter.
