The Outlook Signature picture shows correctly in the element, but shows a red 'X' in a new email creation, and also in the SLTrace.htm file. When the recipient opens the email, they see the picture, but it is a reduced size.
Open the Desktop Authority Manager Console, open the Miscrosoft Outlook Settings element, and go to the 'Signature' tab. Click the image and then the 'Show Source' button (Highlighted in yellow in the picture below).
Then using the address obtained by checking the properties of the red 'X' (picture placeholder) in the SLTrace.htm file, search for this address in the text that comes up after clicking the 'Show Source' button. Once the text is located, delete the 's' in https, then click Confirm, then Save and Replicate changed files.
Log off and then back onto the workstation, open Microsoft Outlook and create a new email. The Signature should show the image. Send a test email and check it to make sure the image is there and that it is the right size.
