SQL Loader completes with no error but no result is generated and no log file is created.
Resolution

Run SQL Loader from command prompt to see what error comes up.

For example, if the error is the following...

   SQLLDR.exe - System Error
   The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

...then perhaps re-install the Oracle Client and check to make sure after the re-install, MSVCR71.dll exist in <ORACLE_HOME>/Bin.
