Description
When installing the Administrative Service, it fails and an error message appears:
Error reading from system registry.

Cause
Anti-virus could be preventing the installation or the Desktop Authority Manager/Operations services may be in a defaulted state. This may happen if the server has not been rebooted in some time.

Resolution
Restart the Desktop Authority Manager and Operations services in case services are not functioning correctly, then try to install the service again. If the issue remains stop any anti-virus services and try again.
