When I try to install the Knowledge Xpert via MSI or silent install, Ireceive the following error.
The installer has encountered and unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738.
Even though Knowledge Xpert does not need it to run, the vbscript.dll needs to be registered in order for Knowledge Xpert to be installed.
1. Go to Start | Run
2. Type in cmd
3. At DOS prompt, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32
4. Type in regsvr32 vbscript.dll
