Creating a test case for a procedure with a parameter which is a record type that is declared in the package spec gave the error:
Unable to resolve type <SCHEMA>.<PROCEDURE>.<TYPE>. Please make sure that this type exists in your data base or is "visible" to your connected schema.

- CREATE ANY PROCEDURE
- EXECUTE ANY PROCEDURE
- SELECT ANY TABLE
