Running a replayed trace in SQL Server resulted only in Agent stating "Pretest complete." (4283767)

When running Benchmark Factory for Database  (BMF) on Server 2005 with one local agent and  trying to run "Replay load from SQL Server 2000/2005 trace table" with both the Native and ODBC connection, the Agent says pretest complete but then BMF does nothing else.

Limitation on BMF to run very large trace.

When there are a large number of transactions, for instance 10,000 transactions, there can be long delays and memory issues when starting the trace.   You may want to run a smaller trace.   Another item to look at is the latency for the transactions.    Sometimes if the latency pulled from the trace is very high it will take a long time to run the test, however the status would be sampling time if this  is to occur.
