Despite having the latest version .NET Framework installed, unable to install Metalogix Content Matrix on Windows Server 2019, error was encountered when configuring IIS Server Roles and Features.

Resolution
There is a need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 and above as indicated in Content Matrix Advanced Installation Guide.
