Error when scheduling a task to TIC server -
Description
When trying to schedule a job on a Toad Intelligence Central server, the following error message appears:

Exception: The current version of the native library (1.3) does not support the original or minimum version of the ".NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319" task (1.4/1.4).PNG)

Cause
The Task Scheduler wrapper compares current API versions used by the OS, with remote API version of Task Scheduler and does not allow it to work remotely if the current version is lower than remote version. -
Resolution
The API version depends on the OS version and cannot be updated. I.e. it is possible to work remotely with Win7 (1.3) from Win8(1.4) but it cannot work the opposite way. -
