Description
Does the user need to have in-depth knowledge of Unix or Linux to use Toad, if the user's Oracle resides on either Unix or Linux?

Resolution
Regardless of Oracle database residing on a Linux or Unix server, as long as Toad is in installed on a Windows terminal machine with a local Oracle client that can connect to the Unix or Linux Server, Toad can connect to the database.
