Users are getting "Global Variable definition" errors during the login process on a Citrix server.

Cause
The Administrative Service is not installed on any of the Domain Controllers in the domain. Or the Administrative service is installed, but it is stopped.

Resolution
Install the Administrative Service on at least one Domain Controller. Or start the Administrative Service if it is stopped and the error does not happen at login.
