Description
Is it possible to provide read only access to CSRs restricted to application type assigned to the users?
An e.g. user has access to application A but he wants to grant read-only access to CSRs raised under application B.

Resolution
Solution:
1. This is not possible. It is possible to setup read-only access based on the domain, but it’s not possible based on application.
