User Session count is "0" in VMware View Environment dashboard.
Agent DEBUG log shows that it is collecting remote user sessions data from monitored Connection Server however below error is logged in FMS log:
2017-10-23 16:08:46.550 ERROR [Data-4-thread-834309] com.quest.nitro.service.topology.TopologyService - Failed to create a topology object with name VMVRemoteUserSession: {sessionId=ADDOT\shetul.shah.ctr(cn=s-1-5-21-982035342-1880134254-310265210-581582,cn=foreignsecurityprincipals,dc=vdi,dc=vmware)/1@cn=b1c08bd2-6801-43a3-991f-a821e495fe25,ou=servers,dc=vdi,dc=vmware.cn=desktop1,ou=srvgroup,dc=vdi,dc=vmware:PCOIP:0:DESKTOP}: com.quest.nitro.service.sl.interfaces.topology.TopologyChangeVetoException: The configured limit of 50000 instances of type VMVRemoteUserSession has been reached.
Please contact Quest Support for assistance with either Configuring Auto Cleanup for VMVRemoteUserSession topology object which will always keep the Instance count below the limit by automatically deleting stale objects OR increasing Instances limit to a higher number for this specific topology object, depending upon what would work best for given environment.
After performing one of the above steps, restart VMware View agent.
