When trying to view the Web Management Console using the address "http://localhost:8080/PolicyAuthority " you receive the error:
When trying to access using Internet Explorer
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
When trying to access using Goggle Chrome
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to <server Address>:8080
Another process is using port 8080
Make sure no other webserver installed on the Policy Authority server is configured to use port 8080
