Solution:

Teradata Macros functionality is identical to the Stored Procedure Editor used by all the other target DBMSs.  When your target DBMS is Teradata, you use the Teradata Macro Editor to add, change, view, or delete macros for the model, tables, or views. 

You can go to physical side and click 'Model' on menu bar and select 'Target - Teradata' to get to the drop down list. Then you select 'Macros' on the list to open the Teradata Macro Editor when Teradata is defined as the target server.
