Description
Content database does not shrink after a bulk externalization has been performed.

Cause
The content database will not shrink by itself after StoragePoint externalizes the BLOBs.

Resolution
User must use SQL tools (e.g. SQL Management Studio) to shrink a database after initial externalization of existing content. Moving forward, all content is externalized so there is no need to keep shrinking the database.
