Error attempting to use the Desktop Authority Help Desk Chat functionality.
When attempting to initiate the Help Desk Chat functionality on any computer it responds with: "There is no interactive user logged on to the computer or he/she does not have the User Interface application running".
There is a checkbox on the Remote Management element “Display Tray Icon” that must be selected in order to use the chat function. Select that checkbox and Save and Replicate the changes. The next time that the client logs on, this function should be operational.
