Description
When user tries to Execute Procedure using Object Explorer he/she fills in the values for input parameters and press OK then the error appears:
Column 'Context,Name' is constrained to be unique.

WORKAROUND
Use version 6.5.
SOLUTION
Waiting for a fix in a future version of Toad for DB2.
