Reverse Engineer Crashes erwin Data Modeler (4276082)

Description:

When launching the Reverse Engineer from the Actions menu, erwin immediately starts hanging and then eventually crashes after about 10-15 seconds before any dialogs open up. 

Windows Application Event logs show the following error message:

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\erwin\Data Modeler r9\erwin.exe
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINSPOOL.DRV

Solution:

A bad printer driver or bad printer configuration can cause this issue. Removing all printers from the control panel should resolve this issue. To remove the printers:

1. Open Control Panel 

2. Click on Hardware and Sound

3. Click on Devices and Printers 

4. Right click on each printer and chose "Remove this Device"
