Login problem if more than one LDAP user is logged into Foglight console -
Description
Only one LDAP user is able to use the Foglight Management Server (FMS) console.The first user is logged in to the FMS and all seems to be good. After a second user logs into the web console, the first user is not able to select anything on the FMS and it freezes. If a third user logs into console the second user is unable to click on objects, and so on.
Below errors could be seen in the FMS logs.

Cause
It is the case sensitivity of the login name which causes this issue. The default Foglight user name is case insensitive and hence can be logged in to the server using both "TESTUSER" and "testuser".But for LDAP users FMS needs the login name to be exactly in same cases as stored in the LDAP server. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
In the case of LDAP logins, please make sure to logiin using the same case as is shown in the LDAP server.
