Directory Synchronization only working 1-way when configured as 2-way -
Description
Directory synchronization is configured as 2-way (there is a target scope defined). However, changes are only synchronizing from source->target. and not target->source.

Cause
This may occur if the target accounts are disabled, and the option to skip disabled accounts enabled.

Resolution
By default QMM is configured to skip synchronization of disabled accounts. Therefore, if the accounts in the target are disabled (even if they were created by QMM using migration or synchronization), changes to them will not be synchronized to the source domain.
To resolve this issue, either enable the accounts in the target, or configure QMM to synchronize disabled objects:
- Right-click your domain pair, and click "Properties".
- Select "Skip Objects".
- Un-check "Disabled accounts"
- Click OK
You may also wish to run a full re-sync to synchronize the target accounts to the source immediately.
