The Mail Source Agent fails to sync a user in a Remote Users Collection, and logs Error 429 -
Description
The Mail Source Agent may fail when attempting to synchronize a user in a Remote Users Collection to an Exchange 2010 server. The Mail Source Agent log will report the following:
2/3/2011 3:10:36 PM RpcStoreAdmin::CopyTo Error 429 The message store is not ready to copy. The attempt to copy the message store will be repeated during the next session.
QMMEXattendant.log file (if enabled) will report the following error:
0x1d70: 02/03/2011 15:10:36 Error -- Code: '0x80040112, info - 'Class is not licensed for use File: 'AtStore.cpp' Line: '83''

Cause
This issue is caused by a mailbox with a very large folder hierarchy (over 501 folders).
