Toad Stack Trace, startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. -
Description
Upgraded to Toad for SQL Server 6.5 from version 6.1. After the installation of 6.5, was prompted to migrate settings. When that was complete and when Toad launches, the following error occurs:

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Close all instances of Toad and delete the "Toad for SQL Server 6.5" folder in the default App Data location:
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software
2. Launch Toad for SQL Server 6.5 and when prompted to migrate, click on Cancel.3. On the initial setup wizard, click cancel.4. Close Toad 6.5 and go back to the App Data folder and open the Toad for SQL Server 6.1 folder.5. Manually copy the following files.* Connections.xml* Settings.xml* (Open the SQLRecall folder) copy SQLRecall.xml6. Paste those files in the respective locations in the Toad for SQL Server 6.5 directory.7. Launch Toad for SQL Server 6.5 and that should avoid any migration prompts and should look like how you are used to.
