Description
When trying to load a parameter file in order to execute a function, the field contains the name of a file that does not exist.

When trying to load a parameter file in a function a default file name appears in the load parameter window, this file does not exist.

To Reproduce:
1. From DB Navigator, select a function in your schema
2. Right click and select execute
3. In the function window, go to the Parameters area, Click the Load button
4. A pre-define arg file name appears, which does not exist.
