Mail Filtering not working as expected when using MAGE Agents -
Description
Mail Filtering has been configured on a Collection. However, Skipped Items never increment and all items arrive in the Target mailbox. -
Cause
The PR_Message_Class defined in the Collection under Filters is invalid, or in the wrong case. For example, IPM.NOTE instead of IPM.Note. -
Resolution
For some versions of Outlook, Exchange and EWS, the message classes are CASE SENSITIVE. Change the Filter to the appropriate Message Class per MSDN:
