Check Forest Health fails When Default Domain Policy Minimum Password length set to 13 or higher -
Description
When running the Check Forest Health from the Forest Recovery Console. The User Authentication check in the Check Forest Helath Wizard fails when Password Policies in the Domain are set to a Minimum length of 13 characters or higher -
Cause
When this Check runs ,It Creates a Test User Account , logs on using that account, then deletes it.
By Default the Value is 12 for Minimum Password Length in RMADFE

The test account password length can be changed in file
C:\Program Files\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition\FRConsoleSettings.xml,
See "PasswordsLength" setting there. Default value is 12, for this customer we can set 14 or higher value:
<PasswordsLength defaultValue="12">12</PasswordsLength>
you can set it as follows
<PasswordsLength defaultValue="12">14</PasswordsLength>
Restart the Console and rerun the Check
