Re-install the objects with the Oracle User Wizard in Spotlight under the File menu.
The manual script for the Spotlight useris availabe in Spotlight on Oracle 6.0 under:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SoO\OracleScripts.
The instructions are on under Manual Oracle User Installation Scripts.htm and the manual script to create Spotlight objects are under install.sql.
