Resolution
Please follow the step below:
1. Go to Database | Export | Generate Schema Script.
2. Select your schema, then select extra from schema and select the type of DDL Output.There is more information about this function under Help | Content and search for Generate Schema Script.

Additional Information
Toad 12.5's Generate Schema Script window is changed a bit and notes snapshot but this should work similarly, and can be created and used in a similar way in compare and elsewhere.
