Data Collection / Reporting does not work and the Administrative Service may show a message that it is "OutDated".
The ETLFileRepository folder (needed for the reporting function) is not created as a result of the Administrative Service not upgrading to the correct version.
In the Manager Console, re-install the Administrative Service in all the Domain Controllers.
Check \\DA_Server_Name\slogic$\OpsMasterService\ to see if the ETLFileRepository folder has been created.
Restart the Desktop Authority Operations Service and now the .xml files should populate the ETLFileRepository folder. Wait about 24 hours and then run a report and check that it contains data.
