Description

Workstation displays an error message during the login process.
The "sltrace.htm" file shows:
Alert: [x] ScriptLogic Alert An error was encountered while attempting to map a network drive: ~ ~ H: \\servername\sharename\ ~ ~ Error: 31
The text for Microsoft return code 31 is:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Cause

The UNC path configured for the Drive Mapping element is incorrect.
Resolution

Change the UNC path configured for the element from:
H: \\ServerName\ShareName\
to
H: \\ServerName\ShareName

Remove the trailing back slash which will allow the drive to be mapped successfully.
