Resource Updating Manager (RUM) will not open, but is visible in the Windows task bar -
Description
When launching RUM, only the task bar entry appears, the GUI is not visible. How can this be fixed?

Cause
It is possible that the RUM interface has been moved off-screen.

Resolution
Right-click the task bar entry for RUM and select "Maximize". The interface should appear maximized.
To fix the unmaximized size and position, use the right-click options of "size" and "move"
